The idea of a seamless staffing process was born, saving time, resources and money for healthcare providers. At the same time, we give healthcare professionals the opportunity to work more flexibly during certain periods to make their daily lives work.

Colivia was founded in 2016 in Stockholm, Sweden with the aim of making it easier for nurses and HCAs to find flexible shifts. In the last six years, we have been building smart, digital solutions that streamline the staffing process for both healthcare professionals and healthcare providers. We want less resources to be spent on administration, and more resources to be spent on actual care.

We have developed an app-based matching platform where healthcare professionals can find temporary shifts in healthcare. We are unique in our digital approach to healthcare professionals, changing the game completely by offering an outstanding user experience. We are rapidly scaling our business in Sweden and are we’re now Sweden’s largest digital healthcare staffing company. Now, we’re building on our success and expanding to the UK.
